This is one of those classic THAI dishes!!! Today we’re sharing our recipe for pad king chicken, this is a quick Thai stir fry.
Simple, fresh, healthy and packed full of flavour.

Here’s the recipe:
250g Sliced chicken breast
100g Ginger (Thai ginger if you can, stronger spicier flavour)
2 Tbsp Yellow bean sauce
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
10g Large sweet chilli
10g Spring onion
100g Black fungus ( soak in water for ten to 15 minutes to reconstitute)
10g fried garlic and black pepper mixture

As with all Asian cooking this is a rough guide with regards to amounts, adjust for your own taste and spice tolerance.
If you want to make it spicier then toast birds eye chillies instead of large sweet chilli.
