Simple tutorial with Chef Pi Tou showing us how to cook and prepare the various ingredients for Massaman chicken curry. This is a quick 20 minute recipe that you can make at home, using Nittaya Massaman curry paste.
Here’s the recipe:
100g Nittaya Massaman curry paste (or whichever one you want to use)
350g chicken drumsticks
400ml coconut milk (Aroy D) I know chef Tou states 400g in the video lol
2 shallots halved
3 Tbsp roasted peanuts
3 Tbsp palm sugar
3 Tbsp fish sauce
4 potatoes halved or quartered
1 Tbsp tamarind sauce

As with all Asian cooking this is a rough guide with regards to amounts, adjust for your own taste and spice tolerance.
If you want to make it spicier then toast birds eye chillies instead of large sweet chilli.
